Feijoa Mojito

11⁄2 limes, cut into wedges

10 fresh mint leaves
Handful crushed ice
60ml Barlovska Pure
Feijoa Liqueur
Splash of soda water to taste

  1. Muddle the limes and mint in a highball glass.

  2. Add the ice and pour over the liqueur.

  3. Add soda water to taste and stir well.

  4. Garnish with a mint sprig and serve.
